Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Basecamp & Backyard is reader-supported. We want you to know exactly how this site makes money.
Amazon Associates
Basecamp & Backyard is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
That means that when you click a link to Amazon on this site and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or not.
How we label affiliate links
- Affiliate links on this site go directly to Amazon.com product pages.
- Product boxes and buttons are labeled as paid links, and a disclosure appears near links in every guide and at the top and bottom of every page.
- Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" for search engines.
Our promise
- Commissions never decide what we recommend. We pick products based on research into specs, manufacturer information and patterns in verified-buyer reviews.
- We don't accept payment for placement in our guides.
- We don't publish fake reviews or claim to have tested products we haven't used.
- We don't list prices, because they change frequently. Always check the current price and details on the retailer's site before you buy.
Pinterest and other platforms
When we share our guides on Pinterest or other platforms, the pins link to articles on this website. We follow each platform's rules for affiliate content and disclosure.
Trademarks
Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Other product and brand names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Images on this site are digitally generated scenes created for Basecamp & Backyard. They are not product photos and do not show the exact products we link to.
